Nicole Richie Dyed Her Hair Brown To Feel Smarter

Some say blondes have more fun. Not so says Nicole Richie, who has just debuted her new brunette hair color.

Nicole tweeted that she would be debuting her House Of Harlow holiday collection and would be on-hand to meet up with fans at the Bloomingdale’s in the South Coast Plaza. This is where she debuted her new hair color, publicly, and it looks great!

When speaking about the change, she said, “I was just bored. I’ve been pregnant and nursing for the past two years, and I really haven’t been able to do a lot with my hair color - I haven’t had time. I was sick of being blonde, so we just decided to dye it brown. I feel smarter already.”

Hopefully she won’t go the way of Ashley Dupre and start wearing librarian glasses to look smarter.
