Tila sued him over their scuffle, claiming that he beat her black and blue. Now, Shawne Merriman has counter-sued her, accusing her of spreading lies about his alleged domestic abuse to damage his repuation and ruin his career.

He is hitting back (not literally) at Tila, claiming that she posted nothing but lies on her website about his alleged violent behavior and involvement with drugs, teens, and sex.

He’s suing for intentional interference with contract and unfair competition after he lost out on a t-shirt deal, along with trademark infringement.

Kim Kardashian is a tweeting fool. She’s been tweeting way too much about all kinds of things, from her shilling for QuickTrim to how much she loves Propel Water. So why should today be any different?

The reality star tweeted a photo of her recent visit to the dentist. She was sitting in the dentist’s chair, apparently getting her teeth whitened, and someone snapped a photo for her to upload to Twitpic.

What’s interesting to me is how she’s not afraid to be an attention whore for every part of her existence. What’s got me curious is whether or not the teeth whitening people are paying her for this shot.

Take every opportunity, Kim. One day, it will be your last. Or we could hope.

Mischa says that she’s still single and it’s all because she’s an embarrassment to have around with her clumsy habits. She says that she can understand that being the reason that she is still single. She’s a clumsy mess who always falls over and bumps into stuff.

She believes that all of that is scaring off potential boyfriends. So it has nothing to do with your alcoholism or your addiction to drugs?

She said, “I’m ridiculously clumsy, you’d never want to date me. I’m an embarrassment. I wouldn’t even know where to start with telling you things that I’ve walked into.”
