lol Anyone can be British. British is a nationality not a ethnicity.Your question is far too vague to warrant a real answer.
If you mean ethnicity; she is is multi-ethnic. Nationality: Where one is born in or legally resides in is: Hawaiin and Indian Tbh,you cannot know which culture she relates to unless you ask her yourself.
