Carol's friend in India. She is a journalist and joins Carol in the hope of getting a thrilling story.
Vaibhav Jhalani: Ranvir
Ramu's friend and as aspiring anchor. His ambition is to become India's most famous VJ. Joins the group and makes futile attempts to woo Carol.
Tarun Mehta: Ramu
Urmi's boyfriend and an amateur filmmaker. Ramu, who yearns to become a successful, famous and wealthy movie director, leads the crew at Alter's Villa.
Shyam Mashalkar: Jeetu
Ramu's friend. A timid, young sound-recordist, he is called Jhandu by his friends. He agrees to be part of the crew in the hope of recording some original and mysterious soundtracks, especially the hyena's laugh.
Nilesh Divekar: Rambharose
A quick-witted local guide, Rambharose is hired by Carol and the crew to guide them to Alter's Villa.
Zachary Coffin: Alter
A British Officer killed and thrown off a cliff by dacoits. His spirits is said to be haunting the villa and its vicinity.
Elena: Susan
Alter's girlfriend. Said to have jumped off the same cliff that Alter was thrown off. Her spirit also haunts the place.
Synopsis
Carol Blaire, a young researcher from UK's Paranormal Center, has been assigned to make a video documentary of a haunted house at India's 'Lonavala Khandala Ghat'. The research to be posted on a website, will give true details of the world's most haunted house.
Carol comes to India and meets her friend Urmi, a journalist. Carol reveals her assignment to Urmi and tells her she needs a crew to assist her. Urmi confides in her boyfriend Ramu, an amateur director, about Carol's project. Ramu along with his friends Jeetu, a sound recordist, and Ranvir, an anchor, agrees to be part of the project. Urmi also joins them. Carol offers them $1000 each for their contribution.
Carol divulges details of her project to the rest. She tells them about Alter's Villa at 'Lonavala Khandala Ghat', which is said to be haunted by the spirits of Alter Coffin and his Fiancée, Susan.
Legend has it; Alter and Susan were attacked by dacoits at the Villa. During the scuffle, Alter was brutally beaten and thrown off a cliff. Susan, not able to bear his death, jumped off the same cliff. Since then their spirits are said to be haunting the villa and the cliff. Over the years, numerous people have claimed to have seen them wandering around the Ghat, while many lovers have even jumped off the same spot. The place has now come to be known as 'Lover's Spot'.
Rambharose, a local guide, leads them to Alter's Villa. As they enter Alter's farm, and then the villa and then 'Lover's Spot', a lot of mysterious things happen. Carol is the first one among them to sight the ghost. However, no one believes her story. Eventually, one after the other Rambharose, Jeetu and Ranvir are lea to a horrifying death. Ramu and Urmi coincidently are killed at the 'Lover's Spot', while Carol is left in a come state.
Carol's thermo cam and Ramu's video camera were found somewhere near the villa, which had the document footage of Carol's research.
